Terms of Service
Last updated: May 15, 2026. By creating an account or using FollowUp HR Software, you agree to use the service responsibly for HR, hiring, employee tracking, and related business workflows.
You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for all activity under your HR account. FollowUp may block or restrict accounts that misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or violate these terms.
Free trials and paid plans may include limits for monthly submissions, total records, storage, exports, and downloads. Plan features may change as the product improves. If a plan is exhausted, some actions may require an upgrade.
HR users are responsible for the accuracy of records, form links they share, candidate consent practices, and decisions made from the data. FollowUp provides workflow software; it does not make hiring, legal, payroll, or compliance decisions for you.
We work to keep FollowUp reliable, but service may be interrupted by maintenance, hosting issues, updates, or events outside our control. Features, pricing, and limits may be updated with reasonable notice where practical.
